Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. 48.

How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Because our items are custom-made and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your itme arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly made it right by sending a replacement.
